Great hand warmer
Works exactly as described. I use it mainly for my hands while working at my desk. The only minor issue is the charging cord could be a bit longer.

Excellent gift idea
Bought this for my elderly mother and she loves it. Much safer than filling a kettle and pouring it into a bottle. Easy for her to operate.
Q: Is the water pre-filled or do I need to add it myself?
A: The product comes pre-filled with specialized thermal liquid sealed inside. You do not need to, and should not, open it to add water.
Q: Can I use this while it is charging?
A: No, for safety reasons, the device automatically cuts off power to the heating element when the charger is connected. Please unplug before use.
Q: Is this suitable for children?
A: Yes, it is safe for children under adult supervision. However, we recommend using the included protective sleeve and ensuring the temperature is comfortable before giving it to a child.
Q: How do I clean the cover?
A: The outer fleece cover is removable via a hidden zipper. You can machine wash it on a gentle cycle and air dry. Do not submerge the electronic bag itself in water.
Q: What happens if I forget to unplug it?
