Q: Is this compatible with a 24V power supply?

A: Yes, please select the 24V option during checkout for compatibility.

Q: Does this come with thermal paste?

A: No, this package includes only the heating cartridge.

Q: Can I bend the wires close to the cartridge?

A: We recommend leaving at least 20mm of straight wire near the cartridge to prevent damage.

A: The wires are standard 22AWG silicone insulated wire.
