Ceramic tip lasts long
Previously used brass nozzles that wore out quickly. These ceramic tips show no signs of wear after three months of continuous operation. Great investment for industrial cooling.

Solid industrial nozzle
Does the job well for our greenhouse cooling system as well. Pressure handling is good. Only reason for 4 stars is the price, but you get what you pay for in terms of durability.

Perfect mist for our loom room
We installed these nozzles in our textile manufacturing unit and the humidity control is much more consistent now. The ceramic tip seems very durable and the anti-drip feature works as advertised.

Good quality but tight fit
The build quality is excellent and the fogging is very fine. Installation was a bit tricky due to the tight threading, but once installed, it performs well. Would recommend using a wrench.

Reduced dust significantly
We use these for dust suppression in the fabric cutting area. The atomization is fine enough to catch dust without soaking the materials. Very satisfied with the purchase.
Q: Is water filtration required before using these nozzles?
A: While the nozzle has an integrated filter, we strongly recommend using filtered water to prevent clogging and extend the lifespan of the ceramic tip.
Q: How often should the integrated filter be cleaned?
A: Depending on water quality, we suggest checking and cleaning the filter mesh every 3 to 6 months. Soaking in a mild vinegar solution helps remove mineral buildup.
Q: Are bulk discounts available for large orders?
A: Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk purchases. Please contact our sales team directly through the store page for a custom quote on orders over 50 units.
Q: What is the thread size for the connection?
A: The connection size is standard 1/4 Inch NPT. Adapters are available separately if your system uses a different threading standard.
Q: Do I need a specific high-pressure pump for these nozzles?
A: Yes, these nozzles are designed for high-pressure systems ranging from 50 to 70 Bar. Please ensure your pump matches these specifications for optimal atomization.
