Excellent Upgrade
Heats much faster than the stock 40W heater. Perfect fit for my V2.4 hotend. Installation was straightforward.

Good but stiff wire
Works great but the wire is a bit stiff to route in tight spaces. Otherwise perfect performance.
Q: Can I use this with a BTT Octopus board?
A: Yes, as long as your board supports 24V output for the heater channel, it is compatible.
Q: What is the wire gauge?
A: The lead wires are approximately 18AWG high-temperature resistant wire.
Q: Is this compatible with 12V systems?
A: No, this heater is designed specifically for 24V power supplies. Using 12V will result in insufficient heating.
Q: Does it come with thermal paste?
A: No, thermal paste is not included. We recommend applying your own for optimal heat transfer.
Q: What is the max operating temperature?
A: The heating rod can withstand temperatures up to 500°C, suitable for most filament types.
