Worth the investment
A bit pricey compared to standard nozzles but the durability and flow rate justify the cost for production prints.

Easy to install
Swapped out my brass nozzle easily. Heated up the hot end and used a spanner. No leaks so far.

Good but needs tuning
Great nozzle but required pressure advance tuning to get rid of corners blobs. Once dialed in, it prints beautifully.

Amazing flow rate improvement
Noticed significant speed increase without losing quality. The triple hole design really works well for PLA and PETG.
Q: Does it improve printing speed?
A: The CHT design allows for higher volumetric flow rates, enabling faster printing speeds while maintaining quality.
Q: Is the thread size M6 or M5?
A: This uses the standard M6 thread size compatible with the V6 hot end block.
Q: Does this fit standard E3D V6 hot ends?
A: Yes, this nozzle is designed specifically for the E3D V6 hot end system with M6 threads.
Q: Can I print carbon fiber with this?
A: Yes, the hardened steel construction handles abrasive filaments like carbon fiber and glass filled nylon effectively.
Q: What is the maximum temperature rating?
A: This nozzle is rated for continuous operation up to 450 degrees Celsius.
