Perfect fit for Volcano
Exactly what I needed for my E3D Volcano setup. The aluminum block distributes heat evenly and I haven't had any clogging issues with PLA+.

Great upgrade for high flow
Installed this on my custom rig and the flow rate improvement is noticeable. The rapid change system works smoothly and the brass nozzle heats up quickly.

Good quality, tight fit
The quality is excellent as expected from E3D. The nozzle was a bit tight to screw in initially but loosened up after the first heat cycle.
Q: Can I use abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber with this?
A: Brass nozzles are not recommended for abrasive materials. Please use a hardened steel nozzle if you plan to print with Carbon Fiber or Glow-in-the-dark filaments.
Q: Is this compatible with the standard E3D V6 hotend?
A: This kit is specifically designed for the Volcano hotend system. It is not compatible with the standard V6 due to different heating block dimensions.
Q: What is the maximum safe temperature for this brass nozzle?
A: We recommend operating this brass nozzle up to 285°C. For higher temperatures, please consider our hardened steel nozzle options.
Q: What tool is needed to change the nozzle?
A: You will need a standard 7mm socket or wrench to tighten or loosen the nozzle from the heating block safely.
Q: Does the kit include the heat break?
A: Yes, the Rapid Nozzle Kit includes the nozzle, heating block, and the necessary heat break component for assembly.
