Good Quality, Tight Fit
The quality seems solid and heating is consistent. The nozzle threading was a bit tight initially, but once broken in it works great. Good value for the price.

Perfect Replacement Part

Resolved Heating Issues
My printer was throwing thermal runaway errors. Swapped this in and the problem is gone. Temperature stability is excellent on both PLA and PETG.
Q: Is this compatible with the Anycubic Vyper 2?
A: This kit is designed specifically for the original Anycubic Vyper and Chiron models. Please check your motherboard version before purchasing for Vyper 2.
Q: Does this come with the heater cartridge pre-installed?
A: Yes, the heater cartridge and thermistor are pre-installed and wired, ready for direct replacement.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this can sustain safely?
A: The hotend is rated for a maximum continuous operating temperature of 260°C. Exceeding this may damage the components.
Q: Is the cooling fan replaceable if it fails?
A: Yes, it uses a standard 24V 4010 blower fan which can be replaced separately if needed.
Q: Can I use abrasive filaments like carbon fiber with this hotend?
A: The standard nozzle is brass. For abrasive filaments, we recommend swapping to a hardened steel nozzle compatible with the E3D V5 thread type.
