Sturdy and effective

Very solid construction. The jade stones are securely embedded and do not shift around. It adds a nice aesthetic touch to the sofa while providing genuine warmth. Would buy again.

Good product, cord could be longer

The cushion itself works well and feels premium. However, the power cord is a bit short for my setup, requiring me to use an extension cord. Otherwise, the heating functions work as advertised.

Great quality but takes time to warm up

The build quality is excellent and the remote is very intuitive. My only minor complaint is that it takes about 10 minutes to reach the maximum temperature, but once it does, it stays warm comfortably.
