Perfect for thick threads!
I love these needles. The large eye makes threading embroidery floss so much easier, especially for my older eyes. They glide through fabric smoothly without bending.

Sharp and durable
Very sharp points that pierce multiple layers of denim easily. The nickel plating seems to prevent rust even after leaving them in my sewing kit for months.

Essential for DIY crafts
These are my go-to needles for all my sewing projects. The mix of sizes is helpful, and the large holes accommodate beads perfectly. Highly recommended!

Good for beginners
Bought these for my daughter who is learning to sew. The large eyes make it less frustrating for her to thread the needle. She enjoys using them for her school projects.

Great value pack
Good quality needles for the price. I use them mostly for quilting and beading. One needle bent slightly when hitting a thick seam, but overall a solid purchase.

Excellent for upholstery repair
I needed strong needles to repair some loose buttons on my heavy curtains. These handled the thick fabric and thread without any issues. Will buy again.
Q: Are these needles suitable for leatherworking?
A: While they are sharp, these are designed primarily for woven fabrics, embroidery, and quilting. For heavy leather, we recommend specialized leather needles.
Q: Do the Deer and Horse brands differ in quality?
A: Both brands meet the same high-quality standards for carbon steel construction. The difference is mainly in the branding stamp; performance is consistent across both.
Q: Are these needles rust-proof?
A: They feature a nickel-plated finish that is highly rust-resistant. However, we advise storing them in a dry place to ensure maximum longevity.
Q: How many needles come in one package?
A: The package contains an assortment of sizes, typically ranging between 15 to 20 needles depending on the specific batch configuration.
Q: Can I use these with metallic thread?
A: Yes, the large-eye design is excellent for metallic or slippery threads as it reduces friction and prevents breakage during stitching.
