German engineering shows

You can tell this is built to last. The joints are tight, the rubber feet grip well on hardwood floors, and the overall design is sleek. Highly recommend for any household.

Great value for the price

Compared to other ladders in this height range, this one offers the best stability. The anti-slip treads work well even with socks on. Took off one star because the instruction manual was a bit unclear, but assembly was intuitive anyway.

Best purchase for moving day

Perfect for high ceilings!

I needed something tall enough to reach my kitchen cabinets and change light bulbs safely. This ladder is incredibly stable and folds up easily to fit behind the door. The steps are wide enough that I don't feel wobbly at all.

Sturdy but a bit heavy for me

The build quality is excellent and it feels very safe to stand on. My only minor complaint is that while it's described as lightweight, it's still a bit of a workout for me to carry it up the stairs. Otherwise, great product.

A: Each step is 3.5 inches deep and 14 inches wide, providing ample space for your feet to ensure comfort and stability while climbing.

Q: Does this ladder come fully assembled or do I need to put it together?

A: The ladder arrives mostly pre-assembled. You only need to attach the rubber feet caps and perform a quick safety check on the hinges before first use. No tools are required.

Q: Is there a top platform I can stand on, or just the steps?

A: For safety reasons, the top cap is designed as a handhold and small resting spot for tools, not as a standing platform. Please do not stand on the very top cap; the highest standing level is the second-to-last step.

Q: How do I clean the ladder if it gets dusty from construction work?

A: Simply wipe down the aluminum frame and steps with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers that could damage the powder-coated finish.

Q: Can this be used on uneven outdoor ground like grass?

A: While the rubber feet provide good traction on hard surfaces, we recommend using this ladder primarily on flat, stable indoor surfaces or concrete patios for maximum safety. Using it on soft or uneven grass is not advised.
