A: This is a sterilization module that actively treats the water with silver ions, whereas the standard filter only traps debris and sediment from the water.

Q: Can I wash and reuse this module?

A: No, the silver ion module is designed for single-use over its lifespan. Washing it will not restore its sterilization capabilities.

Q: How do I know when to replace the module?

A: The robot vacuum app will send a notification when the module's lifespan is ending. Additionally, the base station indicator light may change color.

Q: Does this remove bacteria from the mop pads?
