Q: Can I wear this while sleeping?

A: We recommend using the patch while awake so you can monitor the temperature. While the heat is controlled, prolonged direct contact with sensitive skin during sleep may cause irritation for some users.

Q: How do I activate the heat?

A: Simply remove the patch from its individual airtight packet and expose it to air. The iron powder inside will begin reacting with oxygen to generate heat within 10-15 minutes.

Q: Is the mugwort scent artificial?

A: No, the scent comes from natural mugwort extract included in the heating element. We do not add synthetic fragrances.

Q: Can this be reused once it cools down?

A: No, these are single-use items. Once the chemical reaction is complete and the patch cools, it cannot be reactivated.

Q: Is this safe for people with sensitive skin?

A: The outer layer is made of soft non-woven fabric suitable for most skin types. However, if you have known allergies to mugwort or extremely sensitive skin, we suggest testing it on a small area first or consulting a physician.
