Good but gets too hot sometimes
The patches work well, but occasionally one will get hotter than expected in the first hour. I recommend placing a thin layer of clothing between the patch and your skin just to be safe.

Perfect for cold sensitivity
I always have cold hands and feet, but applying one of these to my lower abdomen seems to warm my whole body up. The motherwort ingredient feels like a nice traditional touch.

Better than hot water bottles
I love that I can wear these under my clothes while moving around. No more being stuck on the couch with a hot water bottle. The adhesive stays put even when I stretch.

Life saver during winter months
These patches provide such gentle, consistent heat. The mugwort scent is very soothing and not overpowering. I wear them on my lower back and abdomen during my cycle and feel much more comfortable.

Great heat, strong smell
The warming effect is excellent and lasts all day at work. The only reason for 4 stars is that the herbal smell is quite strong, which might not be for everyone, but I personally enjoy it.

Highly recommend for relief
Fast shipping and the product works exactly as described. The heat is immediate upon opening the package. It really helps relax the muscles during menstrual discomfort.
Q: Can I sleep with these patches on?
A: We do not recommend sleeping with the patches on. Since they generate heat for up to 8 hours and you cannot monitor the temperature while asleep, there is a risk of low-temperature burns. Please remove before going to bed.
Q: Do these leave residue on clothes?
A: The adhesive is designed to be clean-remove, but on very delicate fabrics like silk, there is a slight chance of residue. We recommend applying the patch to your underwear or a cotton base layer rather than directly on expensive outerwear.
Q: How long does it take to start heating up?
A: Once you remove the protective liner and expose the patch to air, it typically begins to generate noticeable warmth within 5 to 10 minutes, reaching optimal temperature after about 20 minutes.
Q: Can I use these if I have sensitive skin?
A: The patches use hypoallergenic adhesive, but individual reactions vary. If you have sensitive skin, we suggest testing the patch on a small area of your arm for 30 minutes before applying it to your abdomen or back.
