Better than disposable hand warmers

I usually buy the small hand warmer packets, but these large body patches are superior. You can cut them in half if you need smaller ones, or use the whole thing for back pain. Very versatile product.

Great heat, sticky adhesive

These generate excellent consistent heat. My only minor complaint is that the adhesive can be a bit too strong sometimes, leaving residue on my thermal underwear. Otherwise, highly recommended for cold days.

Perfect for cramps

I bought these specifically for period pain relief. The gentle, continuous heat is much better than an electric heating pad because I can wear them while moving around the house or at work. Very comforting.

Good but takes time to activate

The heat is great once it gets going, but it took about 15-20 minutes to reach full temperature for me. Make sure you open them before you actually need the heat. Good value for the price though.

Q: Can I use these in the microwave to recharge them?

A: Absolutely not. These are single-use, air-activated chemical warmers and are not reusable. Microwaving them can cause fire or damage to your appliance.

Q: What is the expiration date on these pads?

A: Each box has the manufacturing date printed on the bottom. The pads have a shelf life of 3 years. Please check the packaging upon arrival for the specific batch date.

Q: Can I apply these directly to my skin?

A: No, please do not apply these pads directly to your skin. They should always be placed on the outer layer of your clothing to prevent low-temperature burns.

Q: How do I stop the heating process if I don't need it anymore?

A: Once exposed to air, the chemical reaction begins and cannot be stopped. However, you can slow down the reaction by placing the unused portion in an airtight bag or container, though it will eventually cool down on its own.

Q: Are these safe to use while sleeping?

A: We do not recommend using these products while sleeping. Since you cannot monitor the temperature or position while asleep, there is an increased risk of overheating or skin irritation.
