Good for postpartum recovery
Bought these for my wife after she gave birth. She says the warmth feels very comforting on her wrists and joints. The only downside is they are a bit bulky under sleeves.

Perfect for tendonitis
My doctor suggested heat therapy for my tenosynovitis. These are so convenient compared to using a hot water bottle. They stick well and don't slide off.

Decent but not super hot
It provides a nice mild warmth, but if you are looking for intense heat, this might not be enough. It is good for all-day wear though as it doesn't get too hot to handle.

Great for wrist pain
I work at a computer all day and developed some wrist strain. These wraps provide gentle, consistent heat that really helps relax the muscles. The mugwort scent is soothing too.

Value for money
A box of 10 lasts me about two weeks. The price is reasonable compared to buying individual packs at the pharmacy. Would recommend for chronic wrist issues.

Love the natural scent
Unlike other heating pads that smell like chemicals, this has a pleasant herbal aroma. It stays warm for about 5 hours which is perfect for my evening routine.
Q: Is the mugwort scent strong?
A: The scent is noticeable but generally considered pleasant and herbal. It is not overpowering like synthetic fragrances, making it suitable for sensitive noses.
Q: Is this safe for people with diabetes?
A: Individuals with diabetes or reduced sensitivity to heat should consult their healthcare provider before use, as they may not feel if the patch becomes too warm.
Q: Can I reuse the patch after it cools down?
A: No, these are single-use items. Once the heating elements have reacted with oxygen and cooled down, they cannot be reactivated.
Q: Can I sleep with this wrap on?
A: We generally recommend using the product while awake to monitor the temperature. However, many users find the heat mild enough for short naps. Please ensure it does not cause discomfort before sleeping.
Q: How do I activate the heat?
A: Simply remove the patch from its individual sealed package and expose it to air. The self-heating elements will begin warming up within 5 to 10 minutes.
