Open source potential is endless

For the price point, you cannot beat the performance. Emulation is smooth for all supported systems up to CPS2. The community support for this device is already growing fast.

Perfect pocket companion for GBA classics
The screen quality on this 2026 model is a huge upgrade. Colors are vibrant, and the form factor fits perfectly in my jacket pocket. Battery life easily lasts through a long commute.

Great build, minor software quirks
Love the open-source nature of the OS. It took me a little while to configure the TV output via HDMI, but once set up, playing on the big screen was amazing. Buttons feel very tactile.

Solid device, wish battery was bigger
Everything works as advertised. My only complaint is that heavy gaming drains the battery faster than I expected, but carrying a power bank solves that easily.

A: Yes, the RG Cubexx features a Mini HDMI port. You may need a Mini HDMI to standard HDMI adapter cable, which is sold separately, to connect to most modern TVs.

A: Absolutely. The included emulators fully support save states, allowing you to save and resume your progress at any point in compatible games.
Q: Does this come with games pre-installed?
A: No, due to licensing regulations, the device ships with open-source firmware only. You will need to add your own game ROMs via the MicroSD card.
