Great heat, lasts all day

I used these while walking to campus in freezing weather. The heat kicked in within 5 minutes and stayed consistent for about 9 hours. One star off because the packaging can be a little tricky to tear open with gloves on.

Perfect for my daughter's bus wait

Good but takes time to activate

These work well once they get going, but you need to remember to take them out of the wrapper at least 10 minutes before you need them. Once activated, the warmth is very comforting.

Lifesaver for winter hiking

A: No, our hand warmers are odorless once activated. They use a natural oxidation process involving iron powder, salt, and water, so there is no unpleasant chemical smell.

Q: How should I dispose of used hand warmers?

A: Once the hand warmers have cooled down and are no longer producing heat, you can simply dispose of them in your regular household trash bin. They do not require special recycling procedures.

Q: Is it safe to sleep with these on?
