Unlike some synthetic glues, this does not dampen the vibration of the silk. The sound remains pure and resonant. A must-have accessory for any serious Guqin player.

Essential for silk string players

Good protection against wear

Effective product that extends the life of expensive silk strings. You have to let it dry completely before playing, otherwise it feels a bit tacky. Overall very satisfied.

Traditional formula done right

I appreciate that Boyuntang uses traditional ingredients like Bletilla and fish maw. It bonds perfectly with the silk fibers and doesn't leave any white residue.
