Solid tool, slight learning curve
Very high quality construction. They are a bit stiffer than my old plastic-handled scissors, but once you get used to the tension, they work beautifully for bud trimming.

Professional grade quality
Use these for floral arrangements and they cut through thick stems effortlessly. Only giving 4 stars because the spring is quite strong, but that ensures durability.

Sharp and durable
I've used these daily for three months on various houseplants and they still feel brand new. No rust spots despite occasional exposure to humidity.

Best investment for shaping
The matte finish prevents glare which is nice when working outdoors. The locking mechanism is secure and keeps the blades safe in my toolkit. Highly recommended.

Perfect precision for my bonsai
These shears are incredibly sharp and make clean cuts on even the thinnest branches. The balance is excellent, reducing hand fatigue during long pruning sessions.

Great for dividing orchids
I was worried they might be too heavy for delicate orchid roots, but the ergonomic handle makes them very easy to control. Clean cuts every time without crushing the tissue.
Q: Are these shears suitable for cutting thick woody branches?
A: These shears are designed primarily for precision pruning of leaves, buds, and small branches up to 1/4 inch in diameter. For thicker woody branches, we recommend using our heavy-duty branch cutters.
Q: Is the handle comfortable for people with small hands?
A: Yes, the ergonomic design is compact and fits comfortably in smaller hands. The non-slip grip also provides extra control for users with less grip strength.
Q: Can these be used on wet plants?
A: While the stainless steel is rust-resistant, we recommend pruning dry plants whenever possible to prevent disease spread and ensure the cleanest cut. If you must prune wet plants, dry the blades immediately afterward.
Q: How do I maintain the sharpness of the blades?
A: To maintain sharpness, always wipe the blades clean after use to remove sap and moisture. Occasionally apply a drop of light machine oil to the pivot point. Avoid cutting wire or non-plant materials.
Q: Does this come with a protective sheath?
A: This model does not include a separate sheath, but it features a built-in locking latch that covers the blade edge safely when not in use. We sell universal leather sheaths separately if you prefer additional protection.
