Great quality, slight delay
The fruit selection was premium and the flowers looked beautiful. Delivery took 3 hours longer than expected due to traffic, but the support team kept me updated.

Beautiful arrangement
The flowers were vibrant and the fruit was sweet. One apple had a small bruise, but overall the value for money is excellent considering the same-day delivery.
Q: What happens if the recipient is not home during delivery?
A: Our courier will attempt to contact the recipient. If unsuccessful, they will leave the package at the guardhouse or a safe location as per local protocol, and notify you immediately.
Q: Can you guarantee delivery by 6 PM if I order by 10 AM?
A: Yes, for orders placed before 10 AM Singapore time, we guarantee same-day delivery to major cities in Malaysia by 6 PM, subject to customs clearance.
Q: Are the mooncakes suitable for vegetarians?
A: Our standard basket contains traditional lotus paste mooncakes which are vegetarian. Please note they may contain egg yolk unless specified otherwise in your custom notes.
Q: Can I replace the flowers with more fruits?
A: Absolutely! You can request to swap the floral arrangement for additional seasonal fruits at no extra cost by adding a note during checkout.
Q: Do you deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)?
A: Currently, our same-day express service covers Peninsular Malaysia only. Deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak take 2-3 business days via air freight.
