A: Our baskets feature a curated selection of seasonal premium fruits to guarantee freshness. While specific fruit substitution isn't available for standard orders, we can accommodate allergy restrictions upon request.
Q: What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
A: Our courier will attempt to contact the recipient. If unsuccessful, the basket will be held at the nearest local depot for pickup, or we can arrange a redelivery for the next available slot.
