Great concept, smooth writing
The nib is very fine and writes smoothly. The heat erasure works well, though you have to rub firmly. Good value for beginners learning cursive.

No more tears over mistakes
This pen has boosted my son's confidence. He used to cry when he made a mistake with a regular fountain pen, but now he just erases it and tries again. Highly recommend for grades 3-4.

Sturdy and kid-friendly
My son dropped this pen several times and it still works perfectly. The cartridges are easy to change, and the blue-black ink looks very professional on his homework.

Excellent for handwriting drills

Good but ink fades in hot cars
The pen writes beautifully and the grip is comfortable. However, be careful leaving it in a hot car as the heat can make the writing disappear. Otherwise, it's a solid choice for school.

A: The 0.38mm EF nib is specifically chosen for elementary students to help them form neat, controlled letters. The ergonomic grip further assists in guiding their hand properly.
Q: Can I use standard international ink cartridges with this pen?
A: This pen is designed to work best with M&G specific heat-erasable cartridges included in the package. Standard non-erasable cartridges may fit physically but will not have the erasing function.
Q: How exactly do you erase the ink?
A: Simply rub the built-in eraser tip firmly over the writing. The friction generates enough heat to make the special ink transparent. You can also use a hairdryer on low heat for larger areas.
Q: What colors are available for the replaceable cartridges?
A: Currently, this model supports Blue and Blue-Black heat-erasable cartridges. Other colors like black or red are not available in the heat-erasable format for this specific pen series.
Q: Does the ink dry out quickly if the cap is left off?
A: Like most fountain pens, it is best to cap it when not in use. However, the ink formulation is relatively stable. If it dries, soaking the nib in warm water for a few minutes usually restores flow.
