Great retro look

Perfect for daily practice
This Hero 007 is exactly what I needed for my calligraphy practice. The concealed nib protects the tip well in my bag, and the squeeze filler holds a good amount of ink. Very smooth writing experience for the price.

Good but needs cleaning
The pen writes well after a thorough flush. Out of the box, it had some manufacturing residue. Once cleaned, it performs beautifully. Just be prepared to do a little maintenance.

Smooth writer
The ink flow is very consistent once primed. The squeeze mechanism is easy to use compared to modern converters. Only minor issue is the cap can be slightly tight initially.
