Good heat, fun designs
These warmers get quite hot quickly after opening the package. I like sticking them on my lower back when I have cramps. The only reason for 4 stars is that some adhesive tabs were slightly loose.

Lasts all day
Applied one at 7 AM and it was still warm when I got home at 6 PM. Very consistent heat output. Just make sure not to apply directly to sensitive skin without a layer of clothing.
