Solid build quality
Feels durable and well-made. The controller is simple to use with clear indicators. It takes about 5 minutes to reach maximum temperature, which is reasonable. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Good product, confusing instructions
The pad itself works well and gets quite warm. However, the instruction manual was a bit vague regarding the specific temperature ranges for each setting. Once I figured it out, it has been great.

Great heat, slightly short cord
