Good quantity

The pack comes with plenty of boards, so I could place them near every pot in my living room. They are thin but sturdy enough to hang easily. One star off because the twist ties could be a bit longer.

Works well but messy

These traps are extremely effective at catching fruit flies. Just be careful when handling them because the glue is very sticky and hard to get off your fingers. Overall, great value for the price.

Highly effective trap

Saved my indoor plants!

A: The bright yellow color primarily attracts small flying pests like fungus gnats, whiteflies, and fruit flies. While there is a small chance a beneficial insect could land on it, these traps are generally less likely to catch larger bees compared to blue traps.

Q: Can I use these outdoors in the rain?

A: While the material is water-resistant, heavy rain can reduce the adhesiveness over time. For best results outdoors, hang them under a slight overhang or inside a greenhouse where they are protected from direct downpours.

Q: Are these safe to use around pets and children?

A: Yes, the boards are non-toxic and odorless. However, since the adhesive is very strong, we recommend placing them out of direct reach of pets and small children to avoid accidental contact with the sticky surface.

Q: How long does one board remain effective?

A: Under normal indoor conditions, a single board remains effective for 2 to 4 weeks. You should replace it once the sticky surfaces are mostly covered with insects or if the adhesive begins to dry out.

Q: What is the best height to hang these traps?

A: For most flying pests, it is best to hang the boards just above the plant canopy or at the eye level of the plants. This ensures they are in the flight path of the insects emerging from the soil.
