Reliable and sturdy
We use these in a high-traffic retail store. After six months, they still operate silently and smoothly. The 110kg capacity handles our thick glass doors with ease.

Great upgrade from old springs
Replaced an old noisy floor spring with this H-220B model. The difference is night and day. It closes gently and holds the door open at the right angle. Highly recommend.

Exactly as described
Genuine ZKHG product. The finish matches our other hardware perfectly. The adjustable closing speed is a nice feature to accommodate different wind conditions near the entrance.

Solid performer
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The damping mechanism is effective. I deducted one star only because the mounting screws provided were slightly shorter than I expected for concrete floors.

Good value, installation takes time
The spring works great once installed, but be prepared to spend some time aligning it perfectly in the floor cutout. Instructions could be clearer, but the product itself is solid.

Perfect for my office entrance
Installed this on a heavy frameless glass door in our lobby. The buffer action is smooth and prevents the door from slamming. Very satisfied with the build quality.
Q: How do I adjust the closing speed?
A: There are adjustment valves located on the top cover of the unit. Use a small flathead screwdriver to turn them clockwise to slow down or counter-clockwise to speed up the closing action. Make small adjustments and test frequently.
Q: Is this suitable for a double door setup?
A: Yes, you can install two units (one for each leaf) for a double door configuration. Ensure the total weight of each door leaf does not exceed 110kg.
Q: Does it come with a template for cutting the floor?
A: Yes, the package includes a paper installation template to help you mark the exact dimensions needed for the floor recess cutout accurately.
Q: Can this be installed on a wooden floor?
A: While primarily designed for concrete flooring, it can be installed on reinforced wooden subfloors provided there is sufficient depth and structural support to handle the door weight and mechanical stress.
Q: What is the minimum glass thickness required?
A: This floor spring is compatible with standard glass thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 12mm. For thicker glass, please consult with a professional installer to ensure proper clamp compatibility.
