Slim design looks great
Aesthetically pleasing because it sits flush with the floor. The brushed finish matches our other hardware perfectly. It closes the door gently without slamming.

Reliable commercial grade hardware
We used these for a retail store renovation. They have held up perfectly under high traffic for six months now. No leaks, no loss of tension. Highly recommended.

Solid performance
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The 150kg capacity gives me peace of mind for my solid oak door. Took about an hour to install properly.

Perfect for heavy glass doors
Installed this on a 120kg frameless glass entrance door. The mechanism is smooth, quiet, and the adjustable closing speed works perfectly. Very satisfied with the build quality.

Excellent durability
Replaced an old failing unit with this Kin Long model. The difference in smoothness is night and day. Very happy with this purchase from the factory direct source.

Great value, minor installation notes
The spring itself is robust and handles the weight well. Installation instructions could be slightly more detailed for DIYers, but once set up, it functions flawlessly.
Q: Can this be installed on a concrete floor only?
A: It is primarily designed for concrete floors. However, it can be installed on reinforced wooden subfloors if proper structural backing is added to support the weight and torque.
Q: What is the expected lifespan under heavy usage?
A: Under normal commercial conditions with roughly 500 cycles per day, the unit is tested to perform reliably for over 500,000 cycles, which translates to several years of service.
Q: Is this suitable for a double door setup?
A: Yes, you can use two units (one for each leaf) for a double door configuration, provided each door leaf does not exceed the 150kg weight limit individually.
Q: How do I adjust the closing speed?
A: There are two adjustment valves on the top cover of the unit. Use a small flathead screwdriver to turn them clockwise to slow down or counter-clockwise to speed up the closing action.
Q: Does this come with the mounting screws and template?
A: Yes, the package includes all necessary mounting screws, anchors for concrete, and a paper installation template to ensure accurate drilling.
