Reliable and durable
We have had this installed in a high-traffic retail store for six months now. It handles hundreds of cycles daily without any loss in performance. The 120kg capacity gives great peace of mind.

Perfect for heavy glass doors
Installed this on a 100kg frameless glass entrance for our office. The positioning feature works flawlessly, holding the door open at various angles during moving days. Very smooth operation.

Solid build quality
The unit feels very robust and the brushed finish looks professional. Installation instructions could be slightly clearer, but once set up, it functions perfectly. Good value for the price.

Excellent universal fit
I was worried about compatibility with my specific framed door, but the universal design adapted easily. The closing speed is adjustable and silent. Highly recommended for commercial use.

Professional grade hardware
As a contractor, I install many floor springs, and the H-220B is among the best. The internal mechanism is smooth, and the housing is compact enough to fit standard cutouts without issues.

Great positioning mechanism
The multi-point positioning is the standout feature. It holds the door exactly where you leave it, which is great for ventilation or moving equipment through. Minor adjustment needed after first week.
Q: Is this suitable for outdoor entrances exposed to rain?
A: The unit has a protective coating, but it is primarily designed for indoor or covered entryway use. For fully exposed outdoor locations with direct rainfall, we recommend adding an external weather seal or canopy.
Q: Does the positioning function work at any angle?
A: The universal positioning function allows the door to hold securely at multiple points between 0 and 180 degrees. It is particularly effective at 90 degrees and fully open positions.
Q: Is special tooling required for installation?
A: Standard carpentry and drilling tools are sufficient. You will need a hole saw for the main body cavity and a chisel for the arm recess. An installation template is included in the box to guide precise cutting.
Q: What is the minimum door weight required for proper operation?
A: While the maximum capacity is 120kg, we recommend a minimum door weight of 40kg to ensure the hydraulic mechanism engages correctly and provides consistent closing force.
Q: Can this floor spring be used on a double door setup?
A: Yes, the H-220B can be used in double door configurations. Typically, one active spring is installed on the primary door, and a matching dummy spring or coordinator is used on the secondary door for synchronized movement.
