Professional grade hardware

A: The unit has a protective coating, but it is primarily designed for indoor or covered entryway use. For fully exposed outdoor locations with direct rainfall, we recommend adding an external weather seal or canopy.
Q: Does the positioning function work at any angle?
A: The universal positioning function allows the door to hold securely at multiple points between 0 and 180 degrees. It is particularly effective at 90 degrees and fully open positions.
Q: Is special tooling required for installation?
A: Standard carpentry and drilling tools are sufficient. You will need a hole saw for the main body cavity and a chisel for the arm recess. An installation template is included in the box to guide precise cutting.
