Good value for money

We use these pens daily to check the treatability of our PP films before printing. The range from 30 to 70 covers all our needs, and the results are consistent with our lab equipment.
Q: Do you offer a certificate of calibration with this product?
A: Yes, each batch comes with a standard quality inspection report. If you require a specific third-party calibration certificate, please contact our sales team before ordering.
Q: Can this pen be used on metal surfaces?
A: No, this Dyne Pen is specifically formulated for testing the surface tension of plastic films like PET, PP, and PE. It is not designed for metal substrates.
Q: What should I do if the ink dries out quickly?
A: Ensure the cap is clicked shut firmly after every test. If the ink dries out prematurely despite proper storage, it may be due to extreme temperatures; please store in a cool, dry place as indicated on the label.
Q: Is the measurement in mN/m or dyne/cm?
A: The units are equivalent; 1 dyne/cm equals 1 mN/m. Our pens are calibrated to display values that represent both units interchangeably.
Q: How long does the ink last once the bottle is opened?
A: Once opened, we recommend using the pen within 6 months for optimal accuracy, provided the cap is sealed tightly immediately after each use to prevent solvent evaporation.
