You can tell this is a high-quality product. The tip durability is excellent, and it hasn't dried out even after a few weeks of intermittent use.
Q: How do I know which dyne level to select?
A: The required dyne level depends on your specific material and the subsequent process (printing, gluing, etc.). Please refer to your material supplier's specifications or conduct a gradient test.
Q: Is the ink safe to use on food packaging materials?
A: The ink is formulated for industrial testing purposes. While non-toxic, it should not come into direct contact with food products. It is suitable for testing the exterior of food packaging.
Q: Does this come with a calibration certificate?
A: Standard units do not include an individual calibration certificate, but batch test reports are available upon request for large orders.
Q: What is the shelf life of the ink once the bottle is opened?
A: Once opened, we recommend using the pen within 6 months if stored correctly with the cap tightly sealed to prevent evaporation.
Q: Can these pens be used on curved surfaces?
A: Yes, the flexible tip design allows for accurate application on both flat and moderately curved surfaces.
