Simple and effective

Perfect for hard-to-reach spots

Good quality, nice weight
The wood is smooth and doesn't have any splinters. It has a nice weight to it so you don't have to swing too hard to get a good thump. Took off one star because I wish the head was slightly larger.

Great relief after workouts
As a runner, my legs and lower back get tight often. This massage hammer helps loosen up the muscles effectively. Much better than using a tennis ball against the wall.

Works well but a bit heavy for me
It does the job of relieving itching and tension, but for someone with arthritis in their wrists, it feels a little heavy after prolonged use. Good product otherwise.

I was worried the head might fall off, but it is attached very securely. The grip on the handle prevents slipping even when my hands are sweaty from the gym.
