Best value for money

I've tried expensive branded straps before, but these Decathlon ones perform just as well for half the price. The palm guard provides excellent friction against the knurling of the barbell.

Great quality, slight break-in period

The leather is very thick and durable, which is great for longevity but meant they were a bit stiff at first. After a week of gym sessions, they molded perfectly to my hands. No more slipping bars.

Solid construction

Perfect for pull-up assists

A: Beginners can certainly use them, especially if they are working on form with lighter weights and want to learn the strapping technique early. However, we encourage developing natural grip strength before relying on aids for every set.

Q: Do these come in different colors?

A: Currently, the RFJ9 model is only available in Black with Grey Stitching. We occasionally update our color ranges, so please check the website regularly for new arrivals.

Q: What is the maximum weight capacity for these straps?

A: While we do not specify an exact weight limit, the genuine cowhide and reinforced stitching are tested to withstand loads significantly higher than typical recreational lifting standards, exceeding 300kg safely.

A: Simply wipe the straps down with a lightly damp cloth after your workout and let them air dry naturally. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging them in water, as this can damage the leather.
