Good for lobsters
Caught two small lobsters overnight. The sink rate is good, though I added a little extra weight for strong currents. Overall, a solid piece of gear for the price.

Great value, slight odor initially
Works exactly as described for catching loaches in the river. It had a slight plastic smell when I first opened it, but that went away after rinsing. Very happy with the catch rate.

Easy to collapse and store
Love how compact this gets when not in use. Fits perfectly in my tackle box. The double-opening feature makes baiting and retrieving catch much faster than my old single-entry traps.

Perfect for weekend crabbing
This trap is incredibly easy to set up. The inverted funnel design really works; I caught three blue crabs on my first try and none escaped. The material feels very sturdy against rocks.

Durable and effective
I've used this in rocky streams for eels and it holds up well. The steel frame doesn't bend easily, and the mesh is tight enough to keep smaller fish from slipping out while letting water flow.
