Good quality, slightly stiff at first

The build quality is excellent and the hickory handles feel durable. The bristles were a bit stiff out of the box but loosened up nicely after a week of playing. The included storage card is a nice touch.

Love the macro texture

Excellent bundle value

Getting the companion drumsticks along with the brushes makes this a fantastic deal. The macro design provides a unique sound texture that standard wire brushes just don't have. Highly recommended for studio work.

Decent but handle is thick

Sound-wise, these are great for cajon playing. However, the handle diameter is a bit thicker than what I am used to, which took some getting used to during long gigs. Otherwise, solid product.
