Great value with the subsidy
The government subsidy made this an incredible deal. The build quality is solid, though I wish it came with RAM included. Once I added my own sticks and GPU, it runs my design software flawlessly.

Good but check your parts list
Just remember this does not come with a graphics card or sometimes storage depending on the specific SKU you pick. I missed that initially but once I installed my components, everything worked perfectly.
