Good hardware, documentation could be better
The module itself works great and the range is impressive. However, the included manual was a bit vague on AT commands. Found info online though.

Fast shipping and plug and play
Arrived quickly and worked out of the box. Paired easily with my STM32 board. No issues with voltage levels using a 3.3V logic setup.

Needs logic level shifter for 5V
Be careful if you are using 5V Arduino boards directly. I recommend a logic level shifter to protect the module. Works fine once configured correctly.

Works perfectly for IoT sensors
I used this module to send temperature data from my backyard to the main house. The connection is stable and setup was straightforward with my Arduino Uno.
Q: What is the actual range indoors with walls?
A: Indoor range depends on wall materials. Typically, you can expect 20 to 40 meters through standard drywall and wood frames.
Q: Does this support Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)?
A: No, this module uses classic Bluetooth serial protocol for transparent transmission. It is not compatible with BLE specific profiles.
Q: Is this module compatible with 5V Arduino Uno logic?
A: The module operates at 3.3V logic. While it can be powered by 5V, we recommend using a logic level shifter for the TX/RX pins to ensure long-term reliability.
Q: Is there a way to reset the module to factory settings?
A: Yes, holding the configuration button while powering on the module usually resets it to default factory settings. Check the manual for specific timing.
