Great board, runs warm
Performance is top notch but ensure you have active cooling. It gets hot under full load. Otherwise, the carrier board layout is very convenient.

Impressive Performance
Using this for an autonomous rover. The GPU power is sufficient for real-time mapping and obstacle avoidance. Highly recommend for serious developers.
Q: Does this board support Ubuntu 20.04 or 22.04?
A: This board supports Ubuntu 20.04 via NVIDIA JetPack 5.x and Ubuntu 22.04 via JetPack 6.x. Please check the wiki for specific image downloads.
Q: Is a WiFi module included with this kit?
A: The core module does not include WiFi by default. However, the carrier board features an M.2 Key E slot where you can install a compatible WiFi module.
Q: Is the 40-pin GPIO header compatible with Raspberry Pi?
A: The physical layout is compatible, but the pin functions are specific to Jetson. Please refer to the pinout diagram before connecting external HATs.
Q: Can I expand the storage beyond the eMMC?
A: Yes, you can use the M.2 Key M slot to connect NVMe SSDs for significantly faster and larger storage capacity.
Q: What type of cooling solution is recommended?
A: A heatsink is included. For sustained workloads, we recommend adding a 5V fan compatible with the 40-pin header or using an active cooling case.
