Perfect for HMI applications
Using this for a control panel in my workshop. The 7-inch size is perfect for viewing data logs. Power consumption is reasonable when Wi-Fi is managed.

Excellent board for IoT projects
The screen quality is surprisingly good for the price. LVGL integration was straightforward and the touch response is accurate. Highly recommend for home automation dashboards.

Good value but documentation could improve
Hardware is solid and the Wi-Fi connection is stable. I had some trouble finding specific pinout diagrams initially, but once set up, it works great.

Solid choice for developers
Great hardware overall. The USB-C connection is convenient. Only minor issue is the brightness could be slightly higher for outdoor use, but indoor it is perfect.

LVGL rendering is smooth
I was worried about performance on the ESP32, but the PSRAM helps significantly. UI animations are fluid and the capacitive touch feels premium.

A: The display brightness is approximately 450 cd/m², which is suitable for indoor environments.
Q: Are all GPIO pins accessible for external sensors?
A: Yes, most GPIO pins are broken out to headers. Please refer to the pinout diagram in the wiki for specific usage.
Q: Is there an SD card slot included?
A: Yes, there is a microSD card slot on the back of the display module for storage expansion.
