Excellent for prototyping
Works straight out of the box. The CH340 driver installed easily on Windows.
Q: Where do I download the CH340 driver?
A: You can find the drivers on the official WCH website or through silicon labs resources.
Q: What power supply do you recommend?
A: We recommend a stable 5V 1A power supply via the Micro USB port.
Q: Can I connect 5V sensors directly?
A: No, the GPIO pins are 3.3V logic. Please use a level shifter for 5V devices.
Q: Is this compatible with Arduino IDE?
A: Yes, this board is fully compatible with the Arduino IDE using the ESP8266 board manager.
Q: Does it have an external antenna port?
A: No, this model relies on the onboard PCB antenna for Wi-Fi connectivity.
