A: Yes, via STM32duino package. You need to install the respective board manager files.

A: ST-Link V2 or J-Link debuggers are fully compatible with the SWD interface.
Q: Can I power it via 5V pin?
A: Yes, through the VIN pin regulator, but logic level remains 3.3V on GPIO pins.
Q: Is the USB connector functional?
A: No, this is a minimal board without USB. You need an external programmer like ST-Link.
