Solid board, slow shipping
Hardware is great and stable under load. Only giving 4 stars because international shipping took two weeks longer than estimated.

Documentation needs work
Board works as advertised but the GPIO pinout diagram in the manual was confusing initially. Had to check community forums to confirm voltage levels.

Perfect for Edge AI
Used this for a computer vision project and the NPU performance is outstanding for the price point. Setup was straightforward with the provided Linux image.
Q: Is GPIO 3.3V or 5V tolerant?
A: GPIO pins are 3.3V logic level. Please do not connect 5V directly to avoid damaging the board.
Q: Is the BSP source code open?
A: Yes, the Board Support Package source code is available upon request for registered developers.
Q: Can I power this board via PoE?
A: Not directly. You will need a separate PoE HAT or injector that converts to 5V Type-C input.
Q: What is the max camera resolution supported?
A: The MIPI CSI interface supports cameras up to 13MP resolution depending on the sensor used.
Q: Does it support Ubuntu 20.04?
A: Yes, we provide official disk images for Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04 on our download portal.
