Great warmth, slight chemical smell initially
The heating function works exactly as described, and the dual zones are a nice touch so I can keep my mouse hand warmer than my writing hand. There was a faint rubber smell when I first unboxed it, but it aired out after a day.

Best winter desk upgrade

Smooth tracking and consistent heat

Cozy but takes a minute to warm up
Really happy with this purchase overall. It doesn't get hot instantly; it takes about 2-3 minutes to reach the set temperature, which is fine if you turn it on when you sit down. The auto shut-off gives me peace of mind.
Q: Can I adjust the temperature while it is running?
A: Yes, the inline controller allows you to increase or decrease the temperature in 5-degree increments at any time while the pad is powered on. It also features an LED indicator to show the current heat level.
Q: How long is the warranty on the heating element?
A: We offer a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in the heating mechanism and electrical components. Normal wear and tear on the fabric surface is not covered.
Q: Does this work with a MacBook Pro via USB-C?
A: Absolutely! It comes with a USB-C cable that plugs directly into your MacBook Pro or any device with a USB-A port using the included adapter. It draws very little power, so it won't drain your laptop battery significantly.
Q: Is the map design printed on both sides?
A: No, the vintage world map design is only printed on the top microfiber surface. The bottom is solid black natural rubber to ensure it stays gripped to your desk.
Q: Can I wash this mouse pad if I spill coffee on it?
A: Yes, the surface is spill-resistant. You can wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Please do not submerge the pad in water or put it in a washing machine due to the internal heating elements.
