Great warmth, slightly stiff cable
The heating function works exactly as described and keeps my hands comfortable during long work sessions. The only minor issue is that the USB cable is a bit stiff, but the length makes up for it.

Cozy and functional
Love the adjustable temperature settings. I usually keep it on the medium setting which is perfect for winter mornings. Took off one star because the power indicator light is a bit bright at night.

Excellent build quality
The memory foam base provides great wrist support, and the heating element is evenly distributed. No hot spots at all. It feels very premium for the price point.

Waterproof surface is a lifesaver
I accidentally spilled my coffee on the pad, and thanks to the waterproof coating, nothing seeped through. I just wiped it off and it continued working perfectly. Highly recommend for clumsy people like me!
