Best purchase for my home office
As someone who works from home in a drafty room, this is essential. The auto shut-off gives me peace of mind if I forget to turn it off. Very comfortable surface too.

Cozy and functional
I love having warm hands while typing. The size covers my entire desk area, and the dual-zone control lets me keep one side warmer than the other. Excellent product.

Great quality, slightly stiff at first
The heating element works perfectly, and the leather feels premium. It was a bit stiff out of the box but softened up after a few days of use. The macro keys are a nice bonus.

Good heat, software could be better
The pad itself gets nice and warm quickly. However, configuring the shortcut keys required downloading third-party software that wasn't very intuitive. Once set up, it works well though.

Perfect for cold office mornings

Solid build quality
The stitching is neat, and the USB cable is long enough to reach my tower. It heats up within minutes. I deducted one star because the LED indicators are a bit bright at night.
Q: Is the surface smooth enough for an optical mouse?
A: Absolutely. The PU leather surface is designed to be smooth and provides excellent tracking for both optical and laser mice without needing a separate mouse pad.
Q: Can I wash this desk pad if it gets dirty?
A: The surface is water-resistant and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. However, please do not submerge the pad in water or put it in a washing machine as it contains electrical components.
Q: How much electricity does this consume?
A: The pad operates at a low voltage of 5V and consumes approximately 10W of power, making it very energy-efficient. It costs only pennies to run for a full day.
Q: What happens if I spill coffee on it?
A: The pad has an IPX4 splash-proof rating, so minor spills like coffee drops can be wiped away immediately without damage. Please avoid large liquid spills directly onto the control unit or USB port.
Q: Do the shortcut keys work on a Mac?
A: Yes, the hardware is compatible with macOS. You may need to use our free configuration software to map the keys specifically to Mac commands, as the default mapping is for Windows.
