5 FAQ
Q: Does each piece look exactly like the photo?
A: Since each ornament is hand-carved from natural wood, there may be slight variations in grain patterns and minor dimensional differences, making each piece unique.
Q: Can this be placed outdoors on a patio?
A: We recommend keeping this ornament indoors. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture may affect the wood finish and paint over time.
Q: Is the paint safe for children's rooms?
A: Yes, we use non-toxic, water-based paints that are safe for display in children's rooms, though the item is best suited as a decorative ornament rather than a toy.
Q: Do you offer bulk ordering for corporate gifts?
A: Yes, we do accommodate bulk orders for corporate events or gifts. Please contact our sales team directly through the 'Contact Us' page for custom quotes.
Q: What type of wood is used for carving?
A: These dolls are crafted from high-quality basswood, which is known for being lightweight, fine-grained, and ideal for detailed carving.
