Great Nozzle
Quality is excellent and prints look great. The price is a bit high compared to standard nozzles, but you get what you pay for in durability.

Smooth Extrusion
The internal bore is very smooth. I noticed less friction during printing which helped with retraction settings on my X1 Carbon.

Long Lasting
No wear visible after printing over 500 grams of abrasive material. Definitely worth the investment compared to replacing brass nozzles frequently.

Perfect for Carbon Fiber
I switched from brass to this SiC nozzle for printing carbon fiber filled PLA. The wear resistance is noticeable and extrusion remains consistent after several spools.

Easy Installation
Fit perfectly on my P1S hotend. The installation process was straightforward using the included tool. No leaks or heating issues.
Q: Can I print glass filled nylon with this?
A: Absolutely. Silicon Carbide is highly resistant to abrasive filaments like glass filled nylon, carbon fiber, and glow-in-the-dark materials.
Q: How often should I replace this nozzle?
A: Replacement frequency depends on filament abrasiveness. For abrasive materials, it lasts significantly longer than brass, often exceeding 1kg of filament.
Q: What is the maximum temperature rating?
A: The nozzle is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C, suitable for most engineering filaments.
Q: Is a wrench included in the package?
A: Yes, the package includes a specialized removal tool to help you safely swap the nozzle without damaging the hotend.
Q: Does this fit the Bambu Lab P1P?
A: Yes, this nozzle is compatible with the P1P as it uses the same hotend assembly as the P1S and X1 series.
