A: Yes, we deliver a high-resolution 300 DPI file suitable for large format printing up to 40x60 inches. If you need a specific vector format like AI or EPS, please message us before ordering.
Q: How do I submit my photos after purchase?
A: Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email with a secure upload link. You can also reply directly to that email with your attachments if you prefer.
Q: Can you include our dog in the drawing?
