Q: Do you provide printed copies or just digital files?
A: Currently, we only provide high-resolution digital files (JPG/PNG) via email. You can easily print these at any local print shop or online printing service.
Q: Can you draw characters in specific costumes, like superheroes?
A: Yes, we can incorporate costumes or props into the caricature. Please provide reference images of the costume along with your photo when placing the order.
Q: Can you draw a portrait if I only have a group photo?
A: Yes, we can isolate individuals from group photos, though clarity depends on the resolution. For best results, please crop the image to focus on the specific person before uploading.
Q: Is it possible to change the background color after the sketch is done?
A: Absolutely! Since we deliver files with transparent backgrounds by default, you can change the background yourself, or ask us to add a specific color during the revision phase.
Q: What happens if I don't like the final drawing?
A: We offer up to two free revisions to ensure you are happy with the result. If the style fundamentally doesn't match your request due to our error, we can discuss a partial refund.
